About Muse Academy of Music

We are located in the heart of Rancho Bernardo, in the Mercado Shopping Center, right above Baron’s Market.  A busy family like yours can hit all of their stops in one trip. Karate is downstairs, Yoga is next door.  And you can even grab a frozen yogurt as a treat for your child after their flute lesson!

We are a local family owned music school in Rancho Bernardo with a passion for teaching children and adults.  Owners and instructors are husband and wife Steven Kramer (M.M. Yale School of Music, B.A. Columbia University), and Julie Wagner (D.M.A. University of Maryland, B.A. Peabody Conservatory).  Together with a group of inspiring professional teachers, we are committed to providing Rancho Bernardo with the most comprehensive and fun music lessons available.

Students receive weekly individual lessons on their chosen instrument, and perform in exciting recitals throughout the year.
